Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. I accept Google Checkout, PayPal and money orders. Cash payments are accepted in person (no mail). I do not accept personal checks or CODs.Q. I chose the PayPal option and it sends me to a site that says Mercantec! Is something wrong?
A. No. Mercantec is the company I use for my shopping cart software. It is a secure site, there is no reason to worry.Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is a flate rate, either $5.50 for 1-4 items or $10.00 for 5 or more items. If for whatever reason I am unable to accomodate all of your purchased goods into one package, you will be notified and have the ability to pay the additional shipping costs before your goods are shipped.Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. No.Q. How do you ship?
A. All packages are sent USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once approved, most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders could take up to 1 week to process and ship. If one or more items are out of stock or if there will be a delay for any reason, you will be notified via e-mail and given the option to either have the in-stock items shipped or held until the entire order can be fulfilled.Q. Do you offer insurance on your shipments?
A. Insurance is $1.85 and is optional. If you'd like insurance on your package, please request so in the comment section.Q. What about delivery confirmations?
A. Delivery confirmation is free with all shipments.Q. Do you ship or sell internationally?
A. I do not sell or ship internationally at this time.Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Due to the nature of bath & beauty products, I will only accept returns on items that were damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged during shipping, keep all packaging, file a claim with your carrier, and notify me within 14 days to arrange for a replacement. A. I use many different suppliers to get the best selection of high quality products.Q. Are you going to sell other kind of products in the future?
A. I will! I have plans to carry hair care, sugar scrubs, air fresheners, different types of lotions, moisturizing body sprays and bath milks. If there are any bath & beauty products you might be interested, please e-mail me!Q. I can't pronounce some of the words on the ingredients list. Are they chemicals?
A. More than likely, no. They are the true INCI names. Most products are 95% natural.Q. I like your products but I don't see my favorite fragrance/flavor among them. Will you make something custom?
A. You can choose from over 50 fragrances that I have available on my master fragrance list (opens in new window). If you still don't see your favorite listed there, shoot me an e-mail and let me know what you'd like to see.Q. Are any of your products tested on animals?
A. No. Certainly none of my finished products are, and I purchase only supplies and ingredients from companies who share the same values. Little creatures are for smiling at, not testing on.
